Beautiful Spaces Begin With a Vision
Meet Our Team
Trever Landess
Owner & Designer
Trever started Landess Landscapes after years of hands-on experience in construction and landscaping. Early in his career, he saw firsthand how often homeowners were overcharged, misled, or left with work that wasn’t done right, and knew there had to be a better way to do things.
Today he personally guides projects from the first conversation through design and construction, ensuring nothing gets lost and every detail is done the right way. His approach is simple: listen carefully, build with integrity, and deliver a space that will stay beautiful and useful for years.
Trever is a husband and father of five, and values building a business rooted in faith, family, and integrity.
Adam Ambuul
Foreman
Adam Ambuul joined Landess Landscapes full-time in 2022 after first working with the team the summer prior. From early on, it was clear he shared the same commitment to hard work, quality, and doing things the right way.
Personally trained by Trever in every aspect of the business, Adam has a strong understanding of both landscape and construction. Today he plays a key role in leading projects on-site, ensuring each job is completed with precision, consistency, and care.
Adam’s background in track reflects the discipline and work ethic he brings to every project. He shows up each day ready to work, solve problems, and help deliver results that last.
Adam is a dedicated husband and family man, committed to his growing family.

“Highly recommend Landess Landscapes LLC. Trever drew up a design plan, then guided us through material choices and color schemes for our project. The workmanship was beyond meticulous. The entire project was positively amazing (and we are very particular.) This coming spring, we are going to have him return and redo a retaining wall and stairs on the other side of our home. His company is the best!”
